Oral Presentation

  1. Regular oral presentations are 20 minutes in length inclusive of Q&A. Keynote presentations are 40 minutes inclusive of Q&A.
  2. We encourage you to use your own laptop to project your presentation or arrange to share a laptop with the session chair. HDMI/VGA connections will be available. Please be sure that you have the necessary cords/converters.
  3. Each presentation room is equipped with a computer. If you choose to use it, please bring your presentation file on a USB flash drive.
  4. Please also back up your presentation on a USB flash drive in case of technical issues.
  5. We ask that all presentations be ready at the beginning of the technical session.
  6. There is no specified slide template for this conference.

Poster Presentation

Allowable Poster Size

The printed poster should have a landscape orientation and measure no more than 5 ft (150 cm) in width by 3 ft (90 cm) in height.

Preparing Your Poster

  1. Include the abstract title and authors at the top of your poster in large, bold lettering.
  2. Your poster should have illustrative and attractive visual elements such as graphs, diagrams, tables and flowcharts.
  3. All texts and illustrations should be easy to read from a distance of approximately 2 meters (or 6 ft).
